Join Subaru of America and United by Blue in celebrating the Subaru Love Promise! Our cleanup will take place along the Detroit River at Belle Isle Park, recently acquired by the state of Michigan.
United By Blue and Subaru will provide free lunch, water, bags, supplies, and gloves for volunteers. All volunteers will also receive a custom UBB x Subaru cleanup crew t-shirt! We like to keep things fun and host competitions with the chance to win a prize.
For every item sold United by Blue removes a pound of trash from our world's oceans and waterways. This cleanup is a manifestation of our promise. As a part of Subaru Loves the Earth initiative, we're proud to partner with Subaru of America for this one of a kind cleanup.
Long pants, long sleeved shirts and tall or work boots are highly recommended. This area may have some vegetation growth.

Driving
From center city Detroit:
Head southwest on Monroe Ave. toward Woodward Ave.
Turn left onto Woodward Ave.
Turn left onto E Jefferson Ave.
Continue on E Jefferson Ave. for about 2.5 miles
Turn left onto E Grand Blvd.
Final directions once you reach Belle Isle will be provided ahead of the cleanup.
