Join United By Blue and Jackson and James for their first ever joint waterway cleanup in Richmond, VA! This cleanup is one of 20 that United by Blue is co-hosting nationwide this summer, from June-August, to establish community partnerships between their specialty retailers, conservation or municipal partners, and volunteers.
As the first stop on our cross-country road trip, this cleanup will be the kickoff of a summer of cleaning and relationship building! Help us start things off right by spending a summer evening with us cleaning the shoreline of Belle Isle. As a special bonus, every volunteer will receive a gift certificate to redeem at Jackson & James. After the cleanup, all volunteers are welcome to join us at Väsen Brewing Company for a beer!
Please wear sturdy shoes that you don't mind getting dirty or wet. United By Blue will provide all cleanup supplies, giveaways, and snacks/water.
