Experience an insider view of our Flagship store's kitchen through an after hours Prix Fixe menu. Every third Wednesday of the month from 7-9pm, Chef Jeff will be providing an intimate evening for United By Blue's Supper Club diners; featuring a rotating four course menu highlighting seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
This month's meal will include:
Speck Salad: olive oil, goat cheese, strawberry, red pepper
Bison Tartare: bison heart, fennel seed, fresh herbs
Potato Gnocchi: garlic scape pesto, sun-dried tomato
S'more Puff: choux pastry, chocolate ganache, marshmallow, graham cracker crumb
