Every third Wednesday of the month from 7-9pm, Chef Jeff will be providing an intimate evening for United By Blue's Supper Club diners; featuring a rotating four course menu highlighting seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
The July Supper Club is in partnership with Troegs Craft Brewing and will feature complimentary 4 oz. pours of Troegs Craft Brews paired perfectly with each course. Refer to the menu below for our suggested pairings before visiting a local bottle shop for full sized BYO.

1st Course paired with Troegs Sunshine Pils
Housemade BBQ pork ribs with shaved strawberry and grilled corn pinwheels and arugula.
2nd Course paired with Troegs Perpetual IPA
Duck foie gras with Roncal and red grape.
3rd Course paired with Troegs Crimson Pistil IPA
Masa flatbreads with herbed goat cheese, grilled plum, and dandelion greens.
4th Course paired with Troegs Trogenator Double Bock
Homemade corn soft serve with blueberry compote and honey whipped cream.
