United By Blue and Surfrider SF are celebrating World Oceans Day, along with Oru Kayak, Peak Design and Sunski, with cleanup in San Francisco!
World Oceans Day is an international initiative that recognizes our shared waterways and oceans, and promotes taking collaborative action to protect them for generations to come. Communities of all demographics and geography, from landlocked cities to quaint beach towns, come together with active efforts to find solutions for a litter-free sea! Join us at Ocean Beach as a part of this worldwide conservation effort, to prepare for a brighter, healthier future, and to celebrate the ocean and waterways that unite us all!
All cleanup supplies will be provided, and all volunteers will have the chance to win United By Blue prizes and swag from each of our partner brands! Please be sure to wear sturdy shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty or wet. Groups of all sizes are welcome!
