Every third Wednesday of the month from 7-9pm, Chef Jeff will be providing an intimate evening for United By Blue's Supper Club diners; featuring a rotating four course menu highlighting seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
This month's meal will include:
Grilled Endive: red grapes, toasted walnuts
Osso Buco: bison, caraway grits
Spring Souffle: Parmesan, Gruyere, herbs
Cinnamon Cake: bourbon glaze, black raspberry
